Well, simply put, I am her. I am a 40-something woman — mom of three, wife, and professional — navigating life’s balancing act. I know the realities of burning the candle at both ends, yet understand the importance of finding time for myself and my overall wellness.

I have the same things running through my mind as most women…

What are these weird things happening to my body? How can I support my child through this? Do we have enough in the budget? How on earth am I supposed to get that much protein for breakfast? Am I fulfilling my life’s calling?

You know, all the things. In a nutshell, I get it.
